Remembrance Day.

Remembrance Day  is a memorial day observed in Commonwealth countries since the end of World War I to remember the members of their armed forces. Remembrance Day is celebrated on 11th November to recall the end of hostilities of World War I on that date in 1918.  In the UK, although on 11 November to be observed two minutes of silence,instead the second Sunday of November,the Remembrance Sunday in all UK are celebrated ceremonies at the monuments of war.

re put on these monuments and is rung with the trumpet ''The Last Post'',after there are two minutes of silence.In London the Queen and the politicians meet with veterans to bring garlands of poppies at the Cenotaph.
